Adult Rides are the thrill extreme rides, the roller coasters and other machines with high motion, altitude and effects. They can provide a maximum excitement for people who do not have motion sickness. Adult rides are always in open spaces and, for a birthday party, the weather can become the most important factor in whether or not you’ll have maximum fun.

Family Rides are moderate rides, where there is at least one adult side-by side with one or more children.

Birthday party for kids should however consider only the Kiddie Rides, the most moderate of all. One of the most popular is the train ride. Merry-go-round rides and Carousel rides are also popular, but it should always consider the motion effect they may have on some guests.

Check the birthday party packages or the group packages the amusement park has to offer.

Don’t ignore the fact many people (kids, teenagers or adults) get motion or spinning sickness from extreme rides or even moderate merry-go-round kind or rides. Try to avoid them, unless you are certain nobody gets affected. Don’t leave one person to feel bad, outside the group, just because the others would like more excited.

For kids birthday party, rely on help from one or more other parents, because it will be difficult to keep all children together.

Check the possibilities the whole group has to get into the same ride at once. This will avoid some people waiting and other having already fun.

If you’re targeting an amusement park in a fun-dedicated area (such as Florida or California) try to get a better deal and compare your offer with the competition.

Amusement parks do not usually allow food and drinks unless you buy them from their concessions.
