Music and Dance Birthday Parties
Options
Kids can be introduced to music and dance at dedicated party organizers (such as Gymboree Play and Music) or various entertainers. They will not only have fun, but they will learn to properly sing together and dance with synchronized moves.
There are many Dance Schools that not only provide ball rooms and great fun, but they can teach you new styles of dance, from ballet to classic, modern, hip-hop, tap or spanish dances. Have a Ballerina Birthday Party, dress-up like a Swan and learn to move with grace.Have a Karaoke Birthday Party or be a star and Make Your Own CD Single, with your friends as your “band”, in a dedicated recording studio, with sophisticated equipment. Learn how to Play Instruments of your choice, such as drums, guitar, piano, violin or trumpet.

Safety
Dance Birthday Parties are usually very safe, unless they involve acrobaties. It’s good to book your party with a dance teacher, because he/she will take good care of everything. Kids will gradually start will slow moves until their bodies are ready for more excitement.Be carefull when kids try for the first time new instruments or play around electronic equipment. It should be a certain area with wires and electric equipment they should not be allowed to get into.
Cost

For teens and adults, Dance/Music Clubs can have an admission fee and more expensive food and/or drinks can be available inside. They do not usually allow food and drinks from outside.
DJs, musicians or other entertainers can be hired with rates from $100 an hour.
A $50 or more non-refundable deposit is usually required upon reservation.

In Music/Dance Schools, try to get a free lesson with your birthday party package.

Make sure your Karaoke or sound system works properly before the party starts. When you hire a DJ or go to a specialized music/dance studio, they will take care of this and you do not have to worry.
Make sure the volume is appropriate and the party room has enough phonic isolation to not disturb others.
